Please submit an Architectural Modification Application through the "Request Manager" before starting a project (decks, patios, doors, fencing, pools, additions, etc.)
Board Announcements
The HOA has contracted with American Disposal for trash/recycling/yard debris collection, and service the community on Wednesdays - please place your containers out by 6 am. You can reach American at (703) 368-0500 for missed pickups, special collection needs or canister replacements.
Please join us at our quarterly HOA meetings at Catoctin Presbyterian Church in Waterford, VA. Meetings held in February, May, August and an Annual Meeting in November.
